Day 14 Activity 1 (Rules)

Image result for rulesHere in New Zealand, the prime minister of the country is the Honourable Bill English. Imagine if I was Mr. Bill and I have the power to create laws (rules) that all people in New Zealand would have to follow. Rachel's rule that everyone should eat lollies for breakfast. What three (3) rules would I make up if I was the prime minister? Here are the three rules: 1. don't give your parents too much work.   2. If you see someone all lonely keep them company. 3. eat anything every day but still brush your teeth 3 times a day.

  1. Kia ora Jahzara,

I love to see that you referred to our new Prime Minister, the Honourable Bill English. Mr English just recently became the Prime Minister of New Zealand and I expect that he may create and enact some new laws of his own over the next few years. We'll have to wait and see what he does...

In the meantime, I really enjoyed reading your three rules. They are very thoughtful. I think that it's really important that we keep people company who are lonely, ensure that our parents aren't worked too hard and maintain our health by eating well and brushing our teeth regularly. I have to admit that I sometimes forget to brush my teeth. I will have to do a better job!

I love that you've come up with such interesting and carefully considered rules, Jahzara. Well done!

Keep up the great work. You only have 6 days left in the journey. Wow! It's pretty exciting to think that you're basically three-quarters of the way through the whole programme. Awesome effort.

    Cheers,
    Rachel :)
