If I was in a foreign country like Spain I would be very confident to go on the internet and write down translate. I would try to pronounce some of the words properly, but if I couldn't I would just find away to communicate with some of the people
Hi Jahzara,
ReplyDeleteI love your confidence! I am certain that you would be able to find a way to communicate quite easily with people from another country. I actually lived in Japan for a year and was able to make my way around the country quite easily even though I didn't speak Japanese fluently. I would often use hand signals or simple English/Japanese to communicate effectively with my Japanese friends and co-workers. The experience really taught me just how powerful non-verbal (non-speaking) communication can be!
Stay strong and remain confident, Jahzara. You can do anything that you set your mind to!!
Cheers,
Rachel
