Thanks for sharing this recipe for making sushi. I love sushi. I haven't been able to find a good sushi shop here in London yet. It's often quite expensive and not like the simple and cheap sushi back home. I miss it! Once, I was out in West Auckland with my friend and he took me to this sushi place that deep fries their sushi. It sounds strange but it was actually really delicious! I don't think it was very healthy though.
What are your favourite kinds of sushi? I like the soy sauce but can't stand the wasabi.
