This is such a amazing detailed presentation about how to protect yourself from the sun. I love you have created a different slide that relates to the item that we need to use to protect our self. I also like how you have added what the item helps us with like for example how you have said when we should add sun block.
Hey there Jahzara, it's Billy here again from the SLJ team.
Thanks for sharing five super useful tips for staying safe in the sun this summer. It's really important to seek shade, especially during the hottest part of the day which is usually between 11am and 2pm. Another tip I would add would be to drink lots of water because the sun can dehydrate you.
I am currently living in London, England at the moment. It's winter time right now so I won't be able to use your advice for a few months.
What have you been doing this summer? Have you been going to the beach much?
Thanks for the comment. Yes, 11am - 2pm are the hottest part of the day. I like to sit upstairs in my room where I get most of the breeze from. Thank you for reminding me. Drinking water is very important. Some side effect you could get if dehydrated are fainting, getting a dry mouth, headaches ETC. What are some side effect you could think of?
I have been to the beach/pools many times. I have lots of fun running in the water, jumping of diving boards, sliding down slides and more.
