  1. Hi Jahzara,

My name is Willy and I'm one of the commenters for the Summer Learning Journey.

Nice DLO! Nice work on the detailed facts that you've gathered about the flying fish. There's another animal called the flying squirrel, who interestingly feeds on birds' eggs as part of their diet. I like how despite being called the flying fish they don't really fly - although to me the thought of it is really cool!

    Keep up the great work!

p.s - with the image concerned, it's always good to remember to attribute the image (giving credit to where it came from). I'll leave a link to how to do it :) https://bit.ly/2CRDeVR

    1. Hi Willy,

Thanks for the comment, and the awesome facts. Yeah, true, although some animals that are called flying, don't really fly but glide. I love to learn about different types of animal and so I might even create another DLO. I actually did attrition my image, but I will say it is a bit had to find. I'll take note and add the link a bit bigger next time.

      Thanks,
      Jahzara

  2. Kia Ora Jahzara,

What a fantastic blog post. My siblings and I are really loving the way you are presenting your posts and the amount of effort you are putting towards your posts. Would you like to meet a flying fish? If you were able to take one person, who would it be? Keep up the awesome work and hope to see more from you very, very soon!

    Yours Sincerly,
    Hinerangi

    1. Hi Henirangi,

Thanks again for the lovely comment. Wow, I don’t really think that people really do appreciate my blog post.

Would I like to meet a flying fish? Yes, yes I would. Why? Well, I have always wondered if flying fish is real and I finally found the truth. I would like to take along with me either my dad or my brother because they are both fascinated in fish. Well, more like catching fish.

      Thanks,
      Jahzara

    2. Hello Jahzara,

Thanks a lot for the reply, well I think everyone really appreciates everything you do on your blog, especially when you post and reply to most of your comments you are given which is why we all love visiting your amazing blog. Wow! Great answers to my questions, first of all from most of the comments I gave to people, they never seemed to answer them but as for you, you gave me the most perfect answers and was really simple which is what I like. I think I would love to see some flying fish and surprisingly I would also like take my dad but instead of my brother I would take my mum or my elder sister, which will be a fantastic combination.

Overall thanks for the reply and hope to see you very, very soon Jahzara.

      Kind Regards,
      Hinerangi
