Hi Jahzara, I love your detailed post about things you could do to save the environment. Well done!
I like how you used things from the activities, like logging, and learnt stuff to do while you're on your journey saving the environment. Stopping logging is going to for sure help the environment, and improve the Earth. Getting rid of plastic is also a very good option.
What is your favourite method?

It's Leslie here, a member of the Summer Learning Journey team. You've done a great job of listing 3 ways we can choose to live carefully on the planet.
I agree with you that looking after other people is a good start. And then changing some of the ways we store our foods and package things by eliminating plastic is another really good idea!! Plastic has a lot of advantages for people but none for the natural world..
And I agree with you about the issue of logging. We need more trees on the earth, not fewer. The challenge is to find another material for building our homes and other buildings, isn't it? We'll have to be creative and come up with a new product that doesn't require so much lumber but is sturdy and safe for housing/building. Hopefully someone will be able to be inventive!!
I hope that you're happy with your class this term and that you enjoyed being a part of the Summer Learning Journey!!
